Stages of Implementation webinar: An Implementation Science Framework Recording is Available for Viewing here.

Summary of this webinar:

In this first webinar of the Breadth series, Kathleen and Erin went over the Stages of Implementation with a focus on Exploration. Our hope was that this webinar would help your team identify the Stage of Implementation you are currently in, with reference to your chosen evidence-based practice, and hopefully, we met this goal last week.

Something to remember and that we talked about in more detail on November 7th is that the stages are not linear and your team may find attributes from more than one stage that you have in place or that you are missing. It will be important to consider the Stages of Implementation and ensure "Readiness" so your team can create or continue to create a collective commitment, district-wide, to build capacity for implementation fidelity.
